Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total cost. The balance is payable, in full, 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival the full reservation amount is due immediately to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellations – more than 120 days in advance – full deposit is returned | 120 – 46 days in advance – full deposit is forfeited | 45 – 31 days in advance – 50% of full amount is forfeited | 30 – 0 days in advance: 100% of full amount is forfeited. Any bank charges associated with the refund of the deposit will be deducted from the final amount returned. Spirit of the Masai Mara Ltd. reserves the right to review published rates in the event of currency fluctuations or increases in taxes/levies/charges and costs that are beyond their control.
