Terms and Conditions – Stories Experiences Travel
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by Stories Experiences Travel (“Company”). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access the services.
- Services 1.1 The Company provides safari and travel services, including but not limited to guided tours, accommodations, transportation, and other related activities. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service without prior notice or liability.
- Booking and Payments 2.1 To book a safari or travel package, customers must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process. 2.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated to the customer during the booking process. 2.3 Full payment for the selected package must be made before the start date of the safari or travel experience. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. 2.4 Prices quoted by the Company are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.
- Cancellation and Refunds 3.1 Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing. The cancellation policy will vary depending on the specific safari or travel package booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be communicated to the customer during the booking process. 3.2 In the event of cancellation by the customer, the Company may retain the non-refundable deposit, and additional cancellation fees may apply according to the cancellation policy. 3.3 In the unlikely event that the Company cancels a safari or travel experience, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Travel Documents and Insurance 4.1 Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. 4.2 It is strongly recommended that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the safari or travel experience. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the trip.
- Participant Responsibilities 5.1 Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs of the destination country and follow the instructions of the Company’s guides or representatives. 5.2 Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables during the safari or travel experience. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 5.3 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate fully in the safari or travel experience.
- Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense arising from acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- Intellectual Property 7.1 All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
